Join this session where you can get an exclusive look with Sarah Petty, Board-Certified Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer. Sarah will lead an information session on PCOS and nutrition and will share a tutorial of her favorite PCOS-friendly recipe. This is a free virtual event, with a suggested donation and support.
