PCOS, Yoga, and Self-Care – recent evidence shows the significant health benefits of yoga for improving anxiety, hormones, menstrual cycles, and metabolic parameters among women with PCOS. Join us for a peaceful yoga class, and an information session on PCOS and self-care with certified yoga instructor, Adriana Lee and coach Lauren Devera. This event will be recorded for those that register. This is a free virtual event, with a suggested donation and support. A portion of your donation goes towards the research of PCOS by The Lujan Laboratory at Cornell University. Zoom information will be sent to those that register a few days before the event.
