September is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Awareness Month! Join PCOS Challenge, Inc. and the Nu Chapter of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority for PCOS Awareness Weekend 2016 - Atlanta at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The weekend’s events include the Fourth Annual PCOS Awareness Symposium and Eight Annual Bolt for PCOS 5K Run/Walk.

PCOS is a genetic, hormonal, metabolic and reproductive disorder that affects one in 10 women. It is one of the most critical, under-diagnosed, underfunded and neglected areas of health leading to type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and other life-long complications.
