• A Positive Body Image Expo featuring over 30 vendors and exhibitors, panel discussions, health screenings, and photo opportunities. Plus, attendees can shop ’til they drop on a floor full of unique apparel, art and many other fabulous products. In addition to booths on the convention floor, there will be a wide range of panels, including, Q&A sessions, fashion, make-up and styling demonstrations, for men and women on the main stage.

The #MoreofPLUS 7 Day Film Contest is an innovative competition hosted by PLUS Positive a nonprofit organization for plus size adults and teens. At the core of this contest is the requirement that each entry must utilize plus size men (size 2x and up) and women (size 12 and up) as leading characters, and bring awareness to health issues we face today.  The 2016 health issue was focused on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).  Winners of the contest will receive $250 cash prize and be featured as the national PSA for the PCOSAA organization.

The #MoreofPLUS Film Festival is open to all filmmakers who have utilized plus size talent in their short films.  Finalist entries from the festival are showcased during PLUS PosiCon and open to audience voting for Prizes and Awards.

Annual Fundraiser

PLUS PosiCon is the annual fundraiser used to support PLUS Positive’s self esteem and positive body image initiatives throughout the year.  Funds raised will help support the See Positive Self Esteem Program for youth, the Women of Confidence program for adult females, and the PLUS Business Summits used to instill wisdom and confidence in aspiring entrepreneurs.  PLUS Positive is a 501C3 organization and all donations are tax deductible.  Thank you for your support; it is greatly appreciated!
